This document is the DECUS Program Library Catalog from November 1969, published by the Digital Equipment Computer Users Society (DECUS).

Its primary purpose is to list and provide information about software programs available through DECUS for various Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) computers, including the PDP-5, PDP-6, PDP-7, PDP-8 family, PDP-9, PDP-10, LINC, and LINC-8, as well as FOCAL programs.

The catalog is organized into four main sections:

1. Category Index: Programs are listed by functional categories (e.g., Programming Language, Text Editing, Debugging, Utility, Display, Scientific Application, Games, Maintenance) and grouped by computer type.
2. Programs Available from Authors: Lists programs that are not yet fully debugged or documented but can be obtained directly from their creators.
3. Programs for Sale or Lease: Details commercial software offerings from various corporations, available for purchase or lease.
4. Program Abstracts and Numerical Index: Provides detailed descriptions (abstracts) for each program, indexed numerically and categorized by specific machine lines.

The document also includes:

• Program Submission information: Guidelines for contributing new programs to the library.
• Program Order Form: Instructions and pricing details for requesting programs, outlining charges for tapes, listings, and card decks, with specific conditions for delegates, individual members, and non-members.
• Information on how the library is updated, through monthly newsletters and quarterly catalog addenda for new programs.
