M500 Converter-I/O Bus Receiver

The M500 is an M-series module designed to convert negative logic level I/O bus signals (0V and -3V) into positive TTL logic levels. Each module contains eight receivers, featuring a threshold switching level of -1.5V, a 30 kΩ minimum input impedance, and both inverted and non-inverted outputs. The module dissipates a maximum of 750 mW from its -15V supply and 800 mW from its +5V supply. It was originally designed to receive PDP-9 I/O bus signals and is pin-compatible with the M510 module.
