MCV11-D

This manual describes the MCV11-D family of memories. The MCV11-D memories are static random access memories (RAMs), using complimentary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) RAMs designed for use with the LSI-11 bus. The MCV11-D memories provide storage for 16-bit words. This is a QBus (LSI-11 bus) characteristic.
