This document is an electrical schematic for a Digital Equipment Corporation "Positive Level Amplifier," model W601, dated July 31, 1964.
The circuit features three main transistor stages (Q1, Q2, and Q3), all utilizing DEC 3009 transistors. Each stage is configured with a network of diodes and resistors to process input signals from various terminals (labeled D through S). The design includes a common ground (GND) and connections for positive (+10V) and negative (-15V) voltage rails. According to the notes, all diodes used in the circuit are D-664 type.
