Notice of Copyright Change for PDP-11 Software Products

Digital Equipment Corporation transferred ownership of a suite of PDP-11 software products (listed below) to Mentec, Inc. in March 1994. As such the copyrights for these products now belong to Mentec, Inc. Digital, as a Mentec distributor, continues to sell the PDP-11 software under Digital's standard terms and conditions.

Mentec's copyright notice should appear on each piece of documentation that accompanies these software products. The Digital copyright notice will be replaced by the Mentec, Inc. copyright notice as documentation revises. Until such time this letter serves as notice of Mentec Inc's ownership of copyrights for the PDP-11 software products listed below.

An exception to the above is made for two documents, the Software Product Description (SPD), and the Software Warranty Addendum. Both of these documents represent Digital's terms and conditions and are not effected by the change in ownership of these products.
