VAX 4000 Model 200 Troubleshooting/Diagnostic Guide

This document is the "VAX 4000 Model 200 Troubleshooting and Diagnostics" manual, published by Digital Equipment Corporation.

Its primary purpose is to help users isolate and diagnose problems with their VAX 4000 Model 200 system when it is not operating as expected. The manual covers three main areas:

1. Troubleshooting During Power-Up (Chapter 1): Addresses issues that occur when the system is first turned on, including problems during self-tests, the boot sequence, and booting from various storage elements like RF-Series Integrated Storage Elements (ISEs) or tape drives.
