MPH QUESTIONNAIRE README.PDF

This document is a readme file introducing the Digital Product Performance (DPP) Installation Quality Questionnaire.

Purpose: It is an electronic survey developed by Digital to gather user feedback on the installation experience of Digital systems, with the goal of ensuring high product quality. Digital commits to addressing issues uncovered.

Content and Time: The questionnaire takes approximately ten minutes to complete and covers:

• Product delivery
• Installation
• Product operation
• General questions, specifically addressing problems with hardware, operating systems, licenses, application software, network, missing items, or defects encountered during installation.

How to Run the Questionnaire:

1. Locate Files: The necessary files (MPH_QUESTIONNAIRE.COM, CQUES.DAT, EQUES.DAT, ALPHA_QUESTIONNAIRE.EXE, VAX_QUESTIONNAIRE.EXE) are found in the [MPH.KIT] directory on the OpenVMS V7.0 Associated Products CD.
2. Copy Files: Copy all these files to a directory on your system.
3. Execute: Set your system's default directory to where you copied the files, then run the command file MPH_QUESTIONNAIRE.COM.
4. Communication Links (for MPH installation): If the associated "MPH" software is installed during the questionnaire process, your system must have DSNLink, Internet, or DECNet communication links.
