HP OpenVMS DCL Dictionary 2

This document is the HP OpenVMS DCL Dictionary: N-Z, Version 8.4 for Integrity servers and Alpha Version 8.4, published in June 2010.

It serves as a detailed reference manual providing:

• Comprehensive information and examples for HP OpenVMS DCL (DIGITAL Command Language) commands and lexical functions whose names begin with the letters N through Z.
• Updates and supersedes the Version 8.3 of the same dictionary.
• Guidance on handling numeric values outside the range of DCL Integer Representation, particularly relevant for large disk support (over 1 TB).
• A listing of obsolete commands and their replacements.
