It serves as a detailed reference manual and provides examples for Compaq OpenVMS DCL commands and lexical functions starting with the letters N through Z. This edition supersedes Version 7.2 and is compatible with OpenVMS Alpha Version 7.3 and OpenVMS VAX Version 7.3.
