This document is a schematic diagram for a POSITIVE LEVEL AMPLIFIER W601, identified by drawing number CS B-W601 (or CS-B-W601-I).
Designed by Digital Equipment Corporation in Maynard, Massachusetts, the circuit features three cascaded stages, each built around a DEC 3009 NPN transistor (Q1, Q2, Q3). The amplifier incorporates numerous resistors (R1-R12, with values ranging from 1,800 to 10,000 ohms and 5% or 10% tolerances) and a series of D-664 diodes (D1-D21). The diagram details various input/output points (labeled D through S, O, H, N, T, U, V) and power supply connections (A+10V, B-15V, C GND).
The drawing was drafted by A. Ouellette on July 31, 1964, checked on August 4, 1964, and is Revision 1.
