M906

This document is a proprietary schematic diagram from Digital Equipment Corporation, copyrighted in 1968, for a CABLE TERMINATOR M906, identified by part number M906-0-1, Revision B. It is intended solely for test and maintenance purposes.

The circuit primarily consists of a network of resistors (R1-R19) and numerous diodes (D1-D40) connected to +3V and +5V power rails, with various labeled input/output points (e.g., B1, D1, E1, D2, E2) and ground connections.

Standard component specifications are provided:

• Resistors: 220 Ohms, 1/4 Watt, 5% tolerance.
• Diodes: D664 (which corresponds to EIA's IN3606, as per the conversion chart).
• Capacitors (C1, C2): 0.01 MFD, 100 Volts, 20% tolerance. A diode conversion chart also specifies DEC's D662 as EIA's IN645.
