• User Experience & Maintenance: Enhancing the usability and serviceability of the RK05 by improving the functionality of the front flap and access door, standardizing indicator lights and external colors, and protecting internal cables from damage.
• Field Service & Parts Management: Providing detailed instructions and kits for retrofitting existing RK05 units in the field (e.g., Westfield and Westminster installations), addressing parts obsolescence (e.g., light caps), and ensuring all necessary accessory components are shipped with new units.
• Documentation: Updating configuration drawings and other technical documentation to reflect these engineering changes.
