This document is an Engineering Change Order Log (DEC-O-LOG) for the KD11-B 16-bit processor, used in PDP-11/05 and 11/10 systems.

It details five specific engineering changes (FCOs) implemented between May 1972 and August 1973. These changes primarily involve corrections and updates to the processor's documentation and microcode. Specific issues addressed include:

• Updating silk screen overlay numbers for a maintenance module.
• Revising ROM listings and various microprogram flow, symbolic, and binary listings to correct inaccuracies (e.g., data loading locations, circuit schematic revisions, and ensuring proper assertion of the stack overflow signal ENB-OVFL during specific micro states).

Many changes are noted as "documentation change only" or involve updating customer print sets, with some corrections cross-referencing other related Field Change Orders (FCOs).
