CR04

• "Effectivity" information, specifying where the change applies (in-plant phase-in, field retrofit for specific CR04 models like CR10-F, CR11, CR12-F, CR15-F, CR8-F, CR04-A, CR04-H, etc., often with serial number ranges). Some changes are optional or installable at customer request.

• Estimated "Time To Install And Test" (ranging from 0.5 to 1.0 hour).
• Kit Contents (-FCO/Prints And Parts).
• Occasional notes regarding prerequisites, documentation, or parts costs, and details about the DEC on-site labor charge.

In essence, the document serves as a record of hardware modifications and maintenance updates for different versions of the CR04 Card Reader to address operational issues.
