Laboratory Subroutines Programmer's Reference Manual

This document is the "Laboratory Subroutines Programmer's Reference Manual," published in January 1982. It describes the Laboratory Subroutines Package (LSP), a collection of eight data-processing subroutines designed for use in a laboratory environment.

The manual is intended for laboratory-oriented programmers familiar with FORTRAN IV or FORTRAN 77 programming languages, and either the RT-11 or RSX-11M/M-PLUS operating systems.

It provides detailed information on the functionality and usage of the following subroutines:

• PEAK: For peak-processing.
• NVELOP: For envelope-processing.
• HISTI: For interval histogramming.
• RHISTI: For interval histogramming with reference points.
• FFT: For fast Fourier transforms.
• PHAMPL: For phase angle and amplitude spectra.
• POWRSP: For power spectrum analysis.
• CORREL: For correlation functions.

Additionally, the manual includes instructions for installing, verifying, and customizing the LSP software.
