The LA324 MultiPrinter is Digital's versatile, high-resolution, wide-carriage, 24-wire impact dot matrix printer, suitable for environments from desktops to factory floors.

• Performance: It offers a draft speed of 300 characters per second (cps) and letter-quality printing at 100 cps, producing superior text and graphics with its 24-wire printhead. Designed for high-volume use, it has a duty cycle of 5000 pages per month, making it reliable for applications like online transaction processing, engineering, finance, and banking.
• Compatibility: The printer is highly compatible with Digital's computer products (personal computers, workstations, VAX, PDP-11) and also supports the IBM PC environment through built-in IBM Proprinter™ XL24 emulation and a parallel interface.
• Paper Handling: It excels in paper handling, accommodating wide (17-inch) paper, up to six-part forms, single cut sheets, envelopes, and labels. Features such as "document on demand," autoload, autopark, and an optional three-bin automatic sheet feeder ensure efficient and flexible media management.
