This document provides a set of worksheets (Appendix A) designed for users to record and track the current values of system options for ETOS V5B.

• Purpose: The worksheets allow users to document system configurations during the build process and record any subsequent changes.
• Instructions: Users are advised to make copies of the blank worksheets for their needs, record entries in pencil to accommodate future updates, and maintain the completed forms with their Manager's Guide.
• Content: The document includes specific tables (Table A-1 and Table A-2) that list various system files (such as OS/8 CUSP, ETOS CUSP, and Virtual COS files), categorized by group name, with corresponding decimal length values. Spaces are provided for users to fill in the "Write Length" if the file is present in their specific system.
