OpenVMS System Management Utilities Reference Manual

This document serves as a reference manual for system managers and users of OpenVMS VAX and OpenVMS AXP operating systems, detailing various system management utilities and the AUTOGEN command procedure. It is the first part of a two-volume set, covering utilities alphabetically from A to L.

The manual describes the purpose, usage, commands, qualifiers, and provides examples for the following utilities: Access Control List Editor (ACL editor), Accounting (ACCOUNTING), Analyze Disk/Disk Structure (ANALYZE/DISK_STRUCTURE), Audit Analysis (ANALYZE/AUDIT), Authorize (AUTHORIZE), AUTOGEN Command Procedure, Backup (BACKUP), Crash Log Utility Extractor (CLUE), Error Log (ERROR LOG), Install (INSTALL), LAT Control Program (LATCP), and Log Manager Control Program (LMCP). The goal is to assist users in managing and optimizing their OpenVMS environments.
