Summary The M226 module is a component used in the PDP-15 central processor, containing seven flip-flops that provide 1-bit storage for seven specific registers: Data Switch (DS), Index (XR), Memory Address (MA), Limit (LR), Program Counter (PC), Output Buffer to Memory (MO), and Memory Input (MI). Eighteen of these modules are combined to create the 18-bit capacity required for these registers. Additionally, the module includes mixer-type logic for A, B, C, and I bus gating. It operates using standard TTL level inputs/outputs (with the exception of pin BM1, an open-collector output) and has a maximum power dissipation of 5V at 260 mA.
