Focal Version of the GE Basic Artillery Game

This document contains the program documentation for a FOCAL '69 port of a General Electric time-sharing artillery simulation game. The program challenges the user to hit a randomly placed target (with a maximum range of 46,500 yards) by inputting an elevation between 1 and 89 degrees. The computer calculates the result and notifies the player if they missed (by how many yards they are over or under) or if they successfully hit the target. The document includes the program abstract, operating procedures, mathematical formulas for the trajectory calculations, flowcharts, and the source code listing.
