Pip-1600

This document serves as the user manual for PIP-1600, a program designed for the DIAL-MS operating system. Its primary purpose is to enable the storage and retrieval of source and binary files on 1600-block LINCtape formats, addressing the limitation of existing software which could not access tape blocks above 777 (octal).
