FCO BA23-I002, DC power cable

This document is a Field Change Order (FCO BA23-I002) for BA23C and BA23D Boxes, released on July 21, 1987. It addresses a critical issue where the original DC Power Cable (70-20450-02) was burning during normal use due to its derated current rating. 5. Disconnecting the old DC Power Cable and installing the new one.
6. Reinstalling components and powering up the system, ensuring self-tests run successfully.
