This Field Change Order (FCO 63XMX-F003, Revision C), dated March 18, 1991, addresses issues with T2011-YA and T2011-YC CPU modules in VAX systems. The problems include intermittent secondary processor failures during RBD test 7 or ELKMP, duplicate Tag Parity Errors under heavy XMI activity, and Cache Tag Parity errors leading to specific system bugchecks.

The solution involves upgrading the failing modules by replacing them with newer revisions: AE01 for T2011-YA and AD01 for T2011-YC.
