H7291 POWER SUPPLY INSTALLATION CARD

This document serves as a quick reference guide for installing the H7291 power supply in an AlphaServer 4000/4100 system, advising the user to wear an antistatic wrist strap. The installation process involves an overview of four main steps: exposing the system drawer (either in a pedestal or cabinet), opening the power section cover, installing the power supply, and verifying the installation. Detailed instructions are provided for each step, including how to shut down the system, remove various covers and trays, disconnect cables, insert the power supply in a specific order, secure it, and then attach power cords and reassemble the system. Verification is done by issuing the SRM show power command and checking the power control module's LEDs for proper function.
