This document comprises two guides for the turbo PrintServer 20: an Installation Guide and an Operator's Guide.

The Installation Guide provides step-by-step instructions for setting up the printer, starting with site preparation (power, host system, network, location, environmental conditions). It covers unpacking all components, including the print engine and cabinet, and moving the printer from its shipping pallet. The Operator's Guide familiarizes users with the PrintServer's components and provides essential operating and maintenance information. It details how to power the printer up and down, add paper to various trays (cassettes and bottom tray), and open the side output tray. Furthermore, it outlines maintenance procedures for key components such as toner, the cleaning unit, and the OPC drum, along with a list of supplies. The guide also offers comprehensive troubleshooting for common operating problems, interlock errors, printer errors, and paper jams, including how to print and check test pages. Appendices provide specifications and ordering information for accessories and supplies.
