DEC STD 066-1

Key responsibilities of Technical Domain Managers include:

• Providing technical guidance and maintaining expertise on global requirements.
• Communicating product and process requirements through Digital standards and other documentation.
• Coordinating Digital's worldwide participation in relevant external industry forums.
• Ensuring the necessary funding for their work (excluding ad-hoc guidance requests).
• Providing recommendations to the waiver process (they are not authorized to grant waivers).

The document also provides a directory of current Technical Domain Managers and extensive lists of associated Digital standards for various technical domains, such as AC power, environmental requirements, electromagnetic compatibility, product acoustics, ergonomics, product marking/labeling, direct connect telecommunications, regulated materials, product safety, unified numbering, and quality assurance systems.
