DEC STD 066-0

This document, DEC STD 066-0 Digital Design Standards, dated July 21, 1992, lists the mandatory internal design standards for Digital products.

It specifies the design standards required for the design, development, and manufacturing of Digital products sold worldwide, including those purchased for resale. These standards cover areas such as Digital Service, Hardware Design, Manufacturing, Systems and Architecture, and Technical Information Management.

Adherence to these standards is mandatory for all Digital personnel involved in designing or specifying products. Any exceptions or deviations require a formal waiver as per DEC STD 066-2. The document provides a comprehensive numerical listing of these design standards and is intended for Digital's internal use.
