How to Install the THXCK-AA Rack Mount Kit

This document provides instructions for installing the THXCK-AA Rack Mount Kit.

The kit is designed for cabinets with an internal rail dimension between 24.25 and 25.0 inches. It includes a detailed parts list and requires a #2 Phillips head screwdriver and a 1/8-inch Allen wrench for installation.

The procedure involves:

1. Preparation: Unpacking, setting the loader to "Service mode," and carefully removing the loader and sleeve from the main unit (noting the loader is heavy).
2. Assembly: Placing the chassis rail bracket assembly in the cabinet (ensuring UP arrows face up, and rotating 180 degrees for left-side installation), securing it with screws and washers.
3. Component Attachment: Installing front mounting brackets to the chassis rail bracket assembly and chassis retainers to the sleeve.
4. Final Installation: Sliding the sleeve into the cabinet, aligning and securing it, and then sliding the loader back into the sleeve/cabinet.
